Shipping Schedule (Update: 10-06-23)

We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but shipping times are longer than what most of us have come to expect due to our having to use smaller regional carriers for delivery. We still process orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 2:30pm EST Monday-Friday are normally shipped the same day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will normally ship out on Monday. Please keep in mind we now have to ship your order to the carrier, who will then ship it to the local hub for your area, and then sort it and schedule delivery. Shipments going to some regions may be delayed depending on order volume. Typical delivery time is between 4 and 14 days. We continue to do our very best to find the most efficient regional carrier for your area. This schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as promotional and holiday sales events. In these cases, subscription orders will be processed first.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping on Orders Over $75 (Shipping Within the 48 contiguous states of the USA)

Free shipping will be available on all orders over $75 delivering within the 48 contiguous states of the USA where shipping companies provide reasonable shipping fees. The order product total before discounts, tax, adult signature fees and shipping must be over $75 for the free shipping option to become available. The Free Shipping will be via the Regional Carrier of our choosing that delivers to your zip code. Orders with 60ml Bundles will not be offered Free Shipping.

USA Domestic Shipping Methods

DUE TO USA GOVERNMENT PACT ACT DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL VAPE PRODUCTS, ALL PACKAGE DELIVERIES TO USA NON-BUSINESS RECIPIENTS REQUIRE A 21 YEAR OR OLDER ADULT SIGNATURE. BECAUSE OF THIS CHANGE, THERE WILL BE NO SHIPMENTS MADE TO PO, APO OR FPO BOXES. SHIPPING COMPANY FEES FOR THIS SERVICE WILL BE INCLUDED ON EVERY ORDER. A 21 YEAR OR OLDER ADULT MUST BE PRESENT AT PACKAGE DELIVERY AND PROVIDE AGE VERIFICATION WHICH MUST BE A GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID WITH PHOTO AND SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE IN ORDER FOR IT TO DELIVER, IN THE EVENT PACKAGES CANNOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO A FAILURE BY THE CUSTOMER TO MEET THE ABOVE-MENTIONED DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS YOUR ORDER MAY BE REFUNDED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $10 RECOVERY FEE PLUS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. 

Standard Shipping

The Standard shipping method to the 48 contiguous United States will be based on the delivery zip-code. Each Regional Carrier services specific zip codes, and we are limited to shipping to only these specific zip codes. You should allow more time to receive your packages, as we will first be shipping to a Regional Carrier in your area to be sorted and then delivered to your address. At this time, we do not have a shipping method available for AK or HI. Please get with your local vape or tobacco shop and have them reach out to us. Next Day/2 Day Shipping

There is no expedited shipping available. 

Lost/Missing/Stolen Packages:

We offer Route protection on every new order. Your package is protected ONLY if you elected to purchase Route with your order. If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

Filing Claims

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, you may file a “stolen order” claim. Claims will be reviewed by Route no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered. 

If your order is stuck in transit, you may file a “lost order” claim. Claims will be reviewed by Route no earlier than 2 calendar days after the estimated delivery date or 7 calendar days from the last shipping update, and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date.

If your order is damaged in transit, you may file a “damaged order” claim. Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?
If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue. You can also file a shipping issue via the web here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

International Shipments

International shipments are currently not permitted through this website. For shipping destinations outside the U.S., please go to Vaprzon Global.

We may choose to cancel and refund your order at our discretion.

Import Taxes & Duty

Please note that your international order may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, DDP, VAT and the like once the package reaches your country. These fees, duties, or taxes are not included in your billed shipping cost. All these import fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Import fees, duties and taxes levied by the host country are beyond our control and scope. We urge our customers to check with their local authorities to see what kind of import fees, duties, or taxes are levied by the country they reside in. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any shipment refused by international customers for import fees, duties, or tax liability. If packages need to be reshipped, additional shipping costs will also apply. Products refused by customers for import fees, duties, or tax liability and returned to our facility will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Import Regulations

It is the customer's responsibility to know the laws in his or her country/jurisdiction prior to purchasing products. Any fees resulting from the blockage of products into a country are the sole responsibility of the customer. No products will knowingly be shipped or transferred to a person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to receive or possess such products. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any shipments refused by the destination country’s customs for failure to comply with local laws. Products refused by customs or customers for failure to meet local laws will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
