Vaprzon Return Policy

We want your entire experience with us to be nothing short of amazing.

However, due to the nature of our products and our strict quality control process we are not able to accept returns on certain items.

Eliquid cannot be returned as our quality control standards prevent it from being re-used for any purpose.

If you are unsure of a flavor then we encourage you to talk to one of our experts, or to purchase a sample pack.

 

For devices, we have a 14 day return policy and honor the manufacturer’s warranty and claims will only be processed if the merchandise is within the warranty period.  We do not cover the cost of shipment for a warranty return, or any type of return.  We do not accept returns if a product is non-defective and functional. To begin the return process for a device, please contact us at help@vaprzon.com please include your name, order number and phone number so a member of our customer experience team can help you.

 

As part of any return, we may ask for you to email photographs of the defective product or part along with the packaging.

We will issue a product credit for the return shipping costs of any item deemed defective, however you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of any non defective returns.
